Forney Arts Council Participates in North Texas Giving Day

The FAC has set a fundraising goal of $20,000, with funds to support its springboard initiative: creating a dedicated arts facility in Forney to host exhibits, classes, concerts and community programming (FAC - North Texas Giving Day).

"As a young and vibrant arts organization serving Forney and surrounding areas, this facility will provide a central hub for artists, students and the entire community," said a spokesperson for the Forney Arts Council. "North Texas Giving Day gives us a tremendous opportunity to move this vision forward."

The Forney Arts Council is dedicated to expanding access to arts through free and low-cost programming, including art shows, artisan markets, children’s crafts, live music and more (Forney Arts Council). Funds raised through Giving Day will advance FAC’s mission to advocate for the arts, represent community diversity, teach cultural-arts fundamentals, and sustain long-term organizational growth.

North Texas Giving Day, presented by Communities Foundation of Texas, is an annual giving day that empowers nonprofits across North Texas through streamlined fundraising. Since its inception, the initiative has become a regional philanthropic highlight, fueling mission-driven work across numerous cause areas with full donation transparency.
